- Administrative assistant: Organizing job folders and ordering site drawings
- Liaison: Monitoring daily activities, ensuring that the job is meeting its objectives
- Planning: Scheduling and managing landscape crews, job site planning and phasing, and developing plans for outdoor settings
- Coordination: Coordinating workflow, operating equipment, and training field employees
