Job Role

  • Administrative assistant: Organizing job folders and ordering site drawings
  • Liaison: Monitoring daily activities, ensuring that the job is meeting its objectives
  • Planning: Scheduling and managing landscape crews, job site planning and phasing, and developing plans for outdoor settings
  • Coordination: Coordinating workflow, operating equipment, and training field employees
  • Collaboration: Working with site staff, consultants, clients, vendors, and authorities on landscape design requirements and approval
  • Maintenance: Preparing, authorizing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance work within assigned park zones
